About

Automation that fits your business — not the other way around.

SteadyDays partners with small and mid-sized teams to design, build, and maintain the automations that keep operations running smoothly. We work with the tools you already use to eliminate manual bottlenecks and recurring headaches.

No bloated platforms. No six-month rollouts. Just clear, practical systems that earn their keep from day one.

Hi, I'm [Your Name].

Founder, SteadyDays

I started SteadyDays because I kept seeing the same thing: talented people buried in repetitive work that a well-built system could handle in seconds. The kind of work that eats your day without moving you forward.

My background is in [your background]. I've spent [X years] helping teams untangle their processes and replace duct-taped workflows with systems that actually hold up. I work best with people who are ready to stop firefighting and start building something sustainable.

When I'm not automating things, you'll find me [personal touch].

How We Work
01

Discover

We map your current workflows, find the friction, and identify where automation will have the highest impact on your daily operations.

02

Build

Lean, focused implementations scoped to deliver value fast. We work in short phases so you see results — and ROI — quickly.

03

Sustain

Systems are only as good as their upkeep. We offer ongoing retainers to keep your automations running, evolving, and improving with you.

Questions
you might have.

If yours isn't answered here, that's what the contact form is for. No question is too basic — I'd rather you ask than guess.

Mostly small and mid-sized teams — anywhere from 5 to 100 people. If your team is spending hours on things like manual data entry, copy-pasting between tools, chasing approvals, or generating reports by hand, there's almost certainly something I can help with. Industry doesn't matter as much as the willingness to improve how things work.
Most projects run 2–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. I scope things in short phases so you're never waiting months to see value. Some clients also move into a monthly retainer for ongoing support and new automations as their needs evolve.
I'm tool-agnostic — the right platform depends on your stack and your team's comfort level. That said, I frequently work with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and various APIs. If you're already using something, I'll build on top of it rather than replacing it.
Every engagement is scoped individually based on complexity and timeline. I'll always give you a clear proposal with transparent pricing before any work begins — no surprises. The initial conversation is always free.
Absolutely — that's actually where most engagements start. We'll have a conversation about what's taking up your time, what's frustrating your team, and where things keep breaking down. From there, I'll map out the opportunities and recommend where to begin.
